I didn't read the fine print and see now after purchasing that this is a PSD file (photo shop). How can I open and edit this doc if I don't have photoshop? I was expecting this to be a word processing doc. TIA.

Adobe offers a free trial to try their products, including Photoshop.

Regarding your question, you can download a free trial copy from the Adobe's website. Once edited, I would recommend to save the document as PDF in order to send them out.

Sure, you can move the dots. To do so, please locate the layer folder named "bullets". There are 3 layers, one for each dot. Simply select the one you want to move and use the keyboard arrows to proceed.
