Great script with Admin panel.

You could write more words to describe it better.

Questions..
1. Can I delete a subject?
2, Can I change the forms fields? so that I capture more information form the person who fill the form?
3. Can I add instructions, announcements on the form?
4. Can I reply back to the person who left message to me from the admin side?

3) Form in template based, you can modify coding html
4) When a new record is added an e-mail is sent, you can change this address. In future version an e-mail will be sent also to the person who left message
