Offering a PRO version for a plugin?

Hi there, I'm working on a wordpress plugin called Ninja Bar,

And I would like to offer a free (lite) and a premium (pro) version of it.
Now, the questions are next:

  • How to allow for the pro version to be inplemented into the free one, and not to install it seperatly?

  • Is it with the codegrape policy to do this (offer a pro version of a free plugin) ?

    You can add PRO version to purchase here.

    But, you can write a url to allow customers to install free-demo version in the plugin description.
