Multiple accounts?

Is it allowed to have multiple accounts on codegrape?

Like for example:
I have username "onocode" and I use it to sell my personal projects
and now me and my coworker plan on creating a "whowp" account for our startup to sell wordpress themes & plugins on codegrape and share profit.

Legal or not?
