Hi. Just purchased your plugin and it's working great! But ... for some reason the form / subscriber is by-passing the double opt-in settling of my email list. How can I get the connection to not by-pass double opt-ins and require subscribers to confirm subscription?
Thanks!

Hey,

Thanks for the purchase. The plugin wont by-pass any settings of the service. Please make sure, you have chosen the correct config for the double opt-in settings. Below are steps.

1. Check you have enabled double opt-in in Klaviyo List.
2. In form action choose Subscribe to List as the Action. (There are 2 options. Add to List and Subscribe to List.)

I think above 2 options can make it work. Please try it and give us the feedback.

Always here to serve you. Thanks!

Thanks for your help. The Subscribe to List option got the double-optin confirmation email to send, but for some reason, profiles that sign up via this plugin are still showing up as with a consent status as unverified (no check mark or timestamp), even after the confirmation email has been acknowledged / clicked. Any ideas as to why?

Also, is there any way to pass along to Klaviyo the source of the information such as page, form name, tag, button name, etc.?

Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback. We found your issue and we have made the solution for it. Earlier we didn't include consent field and we made the way to add it by users. But now we have added a field and now you can choose the consent you want it to be.

You can add as many as fields as you want. Just you have to add the field and set it's name under fields advanced tab settings. Set the name of your custom field in ID field.

Please download the latest version of the plugin. It includes all new features and improved doc.

Hope this would solve your issue. Thanks!

Great! Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

Will updates for this plugin show up automatically in Wordpress? Or will I always have to download them here?

Cool. Just updated the plugin. Looks like it's working -- I've got the consent check showing up in Klaviyo!

Since you're such a Klaviyo expert, I'm wondering if you might know a solution to this question. Klaviyo's plugin for Wordpress enables an checkbox to be inserted at checkout that asks if customers would like to be signed up for the site's newsletter. Unfortunately, this box is automatically unchecked vs. checked. Is there a way to get it to be checked by default? Here's a screenshot of the box and inspect code from my site: https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1u7JGpQ

Thanks!

Hey, I downloaded the plugin and it works amazing!
Is there a way to collect the information in the form into klavio like address or phone number?

Thanks for the purchase!

Yeah, it is very easy. Just add desired fields in Elementor form. Then edit their id as your klaviyo listing field name. When submitting the form it will map with your lisiting fields and save the data.

You can see screenshot help in documention which comes along with the plugin.

Please let us know if you have any more questions/feedback.
