Item review delay!

I uploaded 2 item 2 days ago. But still item queue position is same.
Normally, how long takes for a item review in CodeGape?

Yes, I understand.
But you have to take action for fast review, cause, day by day item submission will be increase. So as a new marketplace you have to take care of this issue. Else, authors will be thinking, CodeGrape is not a good marketplace for their items (maybe).

But what about my 2nd item?
Seems, it has been in review process for long time more than my approved item. I'm confuse!

2nd out of 17.
How many days it takes usually to get approved?
