Can not upload files

Hello,

When I upload my product, in the Files part I can not upload files, all files are same name and strange date. I did tried on both Firefox and Chrome.

Has anyone encountered this case yet? I emailed to CodeGrape support team but they can not fix. They do not have an exact and specific answer.
Is this site is enough trust to sales?

Hi, thank for reply. As you can see screenshots, no any empty character in the file name.
I tried upload files (thumbnail.jps, preview.jpg, main_file_name.zip, screenshots.zip).
