We are selling one user license in CodeGrape. For example, if someone buys a Theme or a PlugIn, he or she gets the permission to use that product only on one website. Owner is still me.
So, I am interested to see a new feature of "Ownership Transfer". Already Google PlayStore lets users transfer any specific App from one Developer account to another. If I transfer the app to another account, the app will be transferred with all downloads, and rating and reviews.
If CodeGrape introduces this type of option, we will be able to sell ownership internally. CodeGrape should monitor the whole process, and should be an Escrow partner too. For this CodeGrape can keep 10% service charge. For security, there should be no charge-back/credit card fraud here. When CodeGrape confirms that money is already in Escrow, only then the transfer process will begin. Product should be transferred with all downloads, and rating and reviews.
