i can not include apple logo in download package because of copyright.
apple logo is protected.
this is only for illustration purpose.
instead you can put your own logo.

- Can this .psd be edited in GIMP on the Mac? I know some files open fine and some don't in GIMP on the Mac. I don't have PhotoShop.
- Are all the icons included as shown in the photos for the front of the card?
- Is all text editable like the AT&T on the top left of the photos?

i have never tested business cards on GIMP.
just like you said you can open some PSD file and some not.

everything is editable and all icons are included.
